1.33 million people entered the 2027 London Marathon ballot – if you applied, here are your odds of getting in

The 2027 London Marathon ballot has set a new world record with 1,338,544 applications from around the world, surpassing the previous record of 1,133,813 set by the 2026 ballot. For the first time in history, UK applications alone exceeded 1 million, reaching 1,008,091. London Marathon Events CEO Hugh Brasher described the total as firmly establishing London as the world's most sought-after marathon.
