2026 Asian Games: Tom Kim leads men's golf event seeking win to secure military service exemption

Tom Kim leads the men's golf leaderboard after the third round at the 2026 Asian Games, sitting at 12 under par after shooting a five-under 65 that included five birdies and an eagle. He entered the round two shots off the lead but now holds a one-stroke advantage heading into the final round. A gold medal would earn Kim a military service exemption, a significant incentive for the South Korean golfer who won the Scottish Open in July for his first title in nearly three years.
