Armand 'Mondo' Duplantis won the pole vault gold medal at the 2026 European Athletics Championships in Birmingham on 16 August, clearing 6.15 metres to set a new championship record. It was the Swedish world-record holder's fourth consecutive European title in the event. Greece's Emmanouil Karalis took silver, while France's Thierry Baptiste claimed bronze.
