47-acre golf course to be transformed into new woodland
The Heart of England Forest charity will plant more than 35,000 trees at the former Manor Farm Golf Course in Harvington, Worcestershire, transforming the 47-acre site into a new woodland. Work on the project is set to begin in August, with planting to be completed over the next year. The initiative repurposes the defunct golf course as part of a broader woodland expansion effort in the English Midlands.
