Adam Ramsay-Peaty says day of reflection helped him reach 50m breaststroke final

Adam Peaty, a three-time Olympic gold medal winner, reached the 50m breaststroke final after taking a day of reflection following an emotional setback. He had broken down in tears after winning bronze in the 100m breaststroke event on Saturday night. The day of reflection appeared to help him refocus and qualify for the shorter distance final.
