Wales defeated Japan 28-21 in a Nations Championship match held at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, securing a bonus-point victory — their second from four games in the competition. Josh Adams scored two tries, with further scores from Archie Griffin and Louis Rees-Zammit, while Japan replied through Ben Gunter, Warner Dearns, and Kenta Fukuda. The match was played in front of a sparse crowd of 52,425, more than 20,000 below capacity, amid turmoil surrounding the Welsh domestic game.
