Aleksandra Krunic has withdrawn from the WTA Finals in Indian Wells due to a knee injury sustained during the second round of the US Open, where she and doubles partner Anna Danilina retired from their match. As a result, both Krunic and Danilina will miss the season-ending event. The withdrawal comes after a strong season for the pair that included a WTA 1000 title in Doha and three major finals.
