Alex Albon: From Red Bull’s reserve to Williams’ record breaker

Alex Albon, now 30, is set to reach 100 Formula 1 race starts with a single constructor at the Hungarian Grand Prix, joining an exclusive group of only 26 drivers in F1's 76-year history to achieve the feat. He already broke Nigel Mansell's record this season by becoming the driver with the most race starts for Williams, reaching 96 appearances for the British team. Albon joined Williams in 2022 after spending a year as Red Bull's test and reserve driver following his demotion from a full-time race seat in 2020.
