Amy Hunt and Georgia Hunter Bell lead England Commonwealth team

Team England has announced an 83-strong athletics squad for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, with Amy Hunt, Georgia Hunter Bell, and Katarina Johnson-Thompson among the headline names. Hunt won 200m silver at the Tokyo World Athletics Championships, while Hunter Bell claimed 800m silver, edging out Olympic champion Keely Hodgkinson by just 0.01 seconds with a time of 1:54.90. Johnson-Thompson also earned bronze in the heptathlon in Tokyo, adding to her world title in Budapest and Olympic silver in Paris.
