Andersen ‘available’ to start for Hurricanes in Game 6 of Cup Final
Carolina Hurricanes goalie Frederik Andersen, who hasn't dressed since being pulled in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final on June 6 after allowing four goals, has been declared available for Game 6 against the Vegas Golden Knights on Sunday. Coach Rod Brind'Amour has not confirmed whether Andersen will start, back up, or whether Brandon Bussi will continue in net, stating the decision will be made closer to game time. The Hurricanes hold a 3-2 series lead and are looking to win their first Stanley Cup since 2006, with Andersen posting a 13-2 record and 1.89 GAA across the postseason.
