Andy Flower rules himself out of England men's Test head coach job to succeed Brendon McCullum

Andy Flower has ruled himself out of contention for the England men's Test head coach position that will be vacated by Brendon McCullum. Flower, who previously served as England head coach from 2009 to 2014, cited existing commitments as his reason for declining, including his roles with Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL and London Spirit in The Hundred. The search for McCullum's successor will therefore need to look elsewhere.
