Another major champion confirms decision to quit LIV Golf

Louis Oosthuizen, the 2010 Open champion, has officially confirmed he is leaving LIV Golf to return to the DP World Tour. The South African, who captained the all-South African Southern Guards GC team since LIV's inception, cited the demanding international travel schedule for single events as a key factor in his decision. Oosthuizen announced his departure ahead of LIV Golf's proposed 2.0 era, expressing continued support for team golf while seeking a more flexible competitive schedule.
