Arrest warrant issued for 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk for exhibition of speed

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has had an arrest warrant issued against him by the Santa Clara County District Attorney for a misdemeanor exhibition of speed allegedly committed on December 20, 2025. The charge stems from a YouTube video Aiyuk posted in December showing him driving over 100 mph on Santa Clara roads near Levi's Stadium. The complaint was executed on February 11 and filed on February 24, after Santa Clara police forwarded the case to the D.A.'s office on January 15.
