Arsenal's White to miss season with knee injury
Arsenal defender Ben White has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after sustaining a significant medial knee ligament injury during Sunday's match against West Ham, where he was replaced in the 28th minute by Martín Zubimendi. The 28-year-old will miss Arsenal's final two Premier League fixtures against Burnley and Crystal Palace, as well as the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain. Sources told ESPN that White will also miss the upcoming World Cup, a significant blow as the 28-year-old had recently returned to England manager Thomas Tuchel's plans, making his first international appearance since 2022 in a March friendly against Uruguay.
