Arteta: Arsenal 'loved the mission' in first Anfield win since 2012

Arsenal secured their first Premier League win at Anfield since 2012, with Kai Havertz's 16th-minute strike earning a narrow victory over Liverpool on Sunday. The result sent Arsenal three points clear at the top of the Premier League ahead of Manchester City, while Liverpool failed to register a single shot on target at home for the first time ever in a Premier League game. Manager Mikel Arteta praised his players for overcoming what he described as both psychological and quality-related barriers that had prevented the club from winning at Anfield for 14 years.
