Arthur Fils blasts past Flavio Cobolli to reach first Masters final in landmark win

French tennis player Arthur Fils defeated Italian seventh seed Flavio Cobolli 6-3, 6-4 in the semi-finals of the Cincinnati Open to reach his first Masters 1000 final. The victory came on a rain-delayed semi-final day, with Fils turning the match in his favour from a pivotal moment at 3-3 in the first set. Fils will join Jessica Pegula, who also advanced to the women's final by beating Iga Swiatek, in the Cincinnati Open finals.
