Aston Villa sack manager Natalia Arroyo with club second-bottom of WSL

Aston Villa have sacked women's manager Natalia Arroyo after the club collected just two points from their opening four Women's Super League matches, leaving them second-bottom of the table. Arroyo had been appointed in January 2025 and previously guided Villa to safety before finishing ninth in her first full season. Her tenure ended amid a run of poor form that included four consecutive defeats to close the previous campaign.
