George Russell claimed pole position at the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, narrowly edging out teammate Lewis Hamilton in qualifying. Championship leader Kimi Antonelli secured third on the grid in the second Mercedes, while Charles Leclerc crashed his Ferrari at the start of Q3 and was relegated to 10th place. Russell, who trails Antonelli by 68 points in the championship, will look to kick-start his title fightback in Sunday's race at 2pm on Sky Sports F1.
