Bayern honor Kane for Ballon d'Or win before German Cup rout

Harry Kane received a guard of honor from his Bayern Munich teammates after winning the Ballon d'Or, becoming the first English winner in 25 years and the first for a player at a German club since 1996. Kane, who scored 73 goals for club and country last season and finished ahead of Kylian Mbappé and Lamine Yamal in the vote, was named on the bench for the occasion. Bayern went on to rout second-division FC Magdeburg 5-1 in the German Cup second round on Wednesday, with Michael Olise scoring twice.
