Ben Whittaker produces impressive win against Richard Rivera on US debut

Great Britain's Ben Whittaker made an impressive US debut with a second-round victory over Richard Rivera at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Whittaker dropped Rivera at the end of the first round with a right hand, though Rivera disputed the punch landed on the back of his head. Whittaker, nicknamed 'The Surgeon', finished the fight in the second round with a left hand.
