Billy Boston: Legendary Wigan, Wales and GB winger dies aged 92
Rugby league legend Sir Billy Boston, widely regarded as one of the greatest try scorers in the sport's history, has died at the age of 92. Born in Cardiff in 1934, Boston signed for Wigan in 1953 at age 19 and went on to score an extraordinary 478 tries in 488 games for the club. Last year, he became the first player in rugby league's 130-year history to be awarded a knighthood.
