Blue Jays predicted to sign $15M former NL wins leader, two-time All-Star to pair with Dylan Cease

The Toronto Blue Jays are predicted to sign a former National League wins leader and two-time All-Star pitcher, valued at $15 million, to bolster their injury-plagued starting rotation. The unnamed pitcher is currently performing strongly in the postseason and would be paired with ace Dylan Cease to form a formidable 1-2 combination at the top of the rotation. The move is seen as a key step in addressing Toronto's pitching depth concerns.
