BMW PGA Championship: Manuel Elvira devastated as JJ Spaun triumphs at Wentworth

American golfer JJ Spaun won the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, finishing at -17 to become only the third US player to claim the title. Spain's Manuel Elvira finished in a tie for second at -15, alongside Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott, and Aaron Rai, after losing his nerve down the stretch. Elvira was visibly emotional after failing to secure what would have been a landmark victory.
