Boehly and Walter sell Chelsea stakes to Clearlake

Clearlake Capital has acquired full control of Chelsea Football Club after co-owners Todd Boehly, Mark Walter, and Hansjorg Wyss sold their respective stakes in the club. Boehly, who served as chairman, and director Mark Walter are among those exiting the ownership group. The deal leaves Clearlake Capital as the sole controlling entity of the Premier League club.
