Border 7s standout celebration of rugby

Carlisle Rugby Union Club's Border City 7s tournament brought together teams from across the North of England and Scotland on June 2, 2026. In the Women's Cup final, Durham Palatinates defeated Durham Knights 22-10, while Carlisle won the Women's Plate against Wigton. The Men's Cup Final saw Six 7s defeat Friars Old Boys 31-14 in what was described as an exciting conclusion to the day's competition.
