Borthwick delays call on resting Itoje until final England squad announced in June

England rugby head coach Steve Borthwick has confirmed he may rest senior players, including captain Maro Itoje, for some or all of the summer Nations Championship fixtures. A final decision will be made when the squad is announced in June. England's schedule includes Tests on three continents across successive weekends, opening against South Africa in Johannesburg on 4 July and concluding in Santiago del Estero, Argentina on 18 July.
