BOXING: Commonwealth Games boxing squad named ahead of summer games

Team NI has named a 12-strong boxing squad for the 2024 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The squad includes Michaela Walsh and Jude Gallagher, who will both defend their titles won at the Birmingham Games, where Team NI topped the boxing medal table with five gold medals, one silver, and one bronze. This will be Walsh's fourth Commonwealth Games, having first competed in Glasgow 12 years ago where she won a silver medal.
