Boy, 14, arrested for Bradley Lowery taunt

A 14-year-old Coventry fan has been arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and subsequently bailed after social media footage emerged showing him holding up a photo of Bradley Lowery to taunt Sunderland supporters during Saturday's Premier League match between the two clubs. Bradley Lowery was a Sunderland fan who died in 2017 at age six after being diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer, and became widely beloved across the football world. West Midlands Police confirmed the arrest on Tuesday, while Bradley's mother Gemma Lowery urged the public not to direct hate or threats toward the teenage boy or his family.
