Bravo takes historic third at Giro Next Gen

Henrique Bravo of Soudal Quick-Step Devo finished third overall at the 2026 Giro Next Gen, becoming the first Brazilian rider to reach the podium of the Italian U23 stage race. The 20-year-old, who had previously won the Oberösterreich Rundfahrt in early June, secured his position through strong climbing performances on stages finishing at Monte Livata and Piana delle Mele before holding his lead into the final individual time trial in L'Aquila. The 49th edition of the eight-day race concluded in L'Aquila on June 21, 2026.
