Brazil swept all nine of their semi-finals on day six of the World Boxing Cup – Brazil 2026 in Foz do Iguaçu, with two women (Rebeca Santos at W54kg and Barbara Santos at W75kg) and seven men advancing to the finals at the Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention Centre. China qualified the second-highest number of finalists with four, followed by Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan with three each. A notable upset on the day saw China's world number four Xinyu Qi defeat reigning world champion Alua Balkibekova of Kazakhstan in the women's flyweight (W51kg) category.
