Breaking: Seahawks have sale agreement--for an NFL-record $9.6B

The Paul G. Allen Estate has reached a sale agreement for the Seattle Seahawks at an NFL-record price of $9.6 billion. The buyer is a group led by Vinod Khosla, co-founder of Sun Microsystems. The deal is subject to approval from the NFL.
