Breeders’s Cup jockey replaced following arrest for alleged domestic violence offences

Jockey Ricardo Santana Jr has been replaced for his three scheduled rides at the Breeders' Cup at Keeneland, Kentucky, following his arrest on alleged domestic violence offences. His jockey licence has been suspended pending the outcome of the charges against him. Santana Jr had been set to compete on Saturday before the suspension was enforced.
