British cyclist Anna Morris leads tributes to Finlay Tarling as Lloyds Tour of Britain gets underway

Finlay Tarling, a young British cyclist, died following an incident at the Volta a Portugal. Riders at the Tour of Britain paid tribute to Tarling with a minute's applause before the race got underway in Cockermouth. British cyclist Anna Morris was among those leading the tributes to the late rider.
