British Grand Prix: Lewis Hamilton fastest in only Silverstone practice session

Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time in the sole practice session at the 2025 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, finishing 0.213 seconds ahead of Mercedes' championship leader Kimi Antonelli. Charles Leclerc in the second Ferrari also outpaced Antonelli's Mercedes team-mate George Russell, who won the previous race in Austria. The session preceded sprint qualifying later on Friday, with Hamilton chasing a record-extending tenth British Grand Prix victory.
