Brock Purdy for MVP? His case may depend on this ‘most valuable to Purdy' 49ers player

Brock Purdy began the 2024 NFL season as a strong MVP candidate but has struggled in the 49ers' last two games, raising questions about his chances for the award. The article suggests his MVP case is closely tied to the return of a key teammate, implying that Purdy's performance is heavily dependent on that player's presence. The specific teammate is not named in the excerpt, but their absence appears to have directly contributed to Purdy's recent decline.
