Brooks kicks Murray, ejected from Suns' loss after flagrant foul 2

Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks was ejected Friday night after kicking Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray in the groin during a 127-120 Suns loss. The incident occurred in the third quarter when Brooks fell backward after a turnaround jumper attempt, and officials upgraded the foul to a Flagrant 2, resulting in an automatic ejection; Brooks had 22 points on 9-of-12 shooting at the time. Murray, who finished with 39 points, said he did not believe the kick was intentional, noting that he and Brooks are teammates on the Canadian national team and described them as 'buddies.'
