CADILLAC FORMULA 1® TEAM STRENGTHENS TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP WITH SENIOR APPOINTMENTS

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team announced three senior technical appointments on September 24, 2026, strengthening its vehicle development and aerodynamics leadership. Craig Skinner, former Chief Designer at Red Bull Racing with a 20-year tenure that included four consecutive world championship-winning seasons (2021–2024), joins as Chief Development Engineer reporting to CTO Nick Chester. Eric Blandin, who brings over 11 years of experience as Chief Aerodynamicist at Mercedes-AMG Petronas and Deputy Technical Director at Aston Martin F1, will lead the team's aerodynamics group, alongside Tim Lean as Chief Engineer for Aerodynamics Modelling and Simulation.
