Cadillac recruit technical leaders from Red Bull and Ferrari as part of long-term development

Cadillac F1 team has announced three senior technical appointments as part of their long-term development plan. Craig Skinner, who spent 20 years at Red Bull as Chief Designer contributing to their consecutive championships from 2021-2024, joins as Chief Development Engineer, while Eric Blandin arrives as Head of Aerodynamics and Tim Lean as Chief Engineer – Aerodynamics Modelling and Simulation. The appointments follow the team's earlier leadership change replacing Graeme Lowdon with Marcin Budkowski as Team Principal, as Cadillac works to build competitive foundations in their debut F1 season.
