Cam Skattebo says he's going to keep breaking NFL rules after getting flagged for rarely enforced penalty

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo was flagged for a rarely enforced NFL penalty related to seeking out contact with defenders. Despite the flag, Skattebo stated he has no intention of changing his aggressive playing style and will continue to initiate contact. The penalty highlights an obscure NFL rule that is infrequently called during games.
