Cameron Young has remained atop the PGA Tour money list for four consecutive weeks, despite taking the previous week off. His lead over world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler narrowed to $278,301 after Scheffler earned $710,700 for a solo third-place finish at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson on May 24. At the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial National Golf Club in Fort Worth, Akshay Bhatia is the highest-ranked money list player in the field at seventh place with $6.3 million.
