The 2026 Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix takes place at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal from 22-24 May, marking round five of the season and the third sprint event of the campaign. Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli arrives in Montreal having won three consecutive races from pole position, most recently in Miami, with McLaren's Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri completing that podium. Antonelli now leads the championship by 20 points over his nearest rival.
