Canelo Álvarez remains committed to Riyadh fight despite airport attacks
Boxer Canelo Álvarez has confirmed he will proceed with his scheduled fight against Christian M'Billi in Riyadh on October 31, despite three attacks targeting the city's airport within the past week. Saudi Arabia General Entertainment Authority Chair Turki Al-Sheikh shared the news on social media Sunday, quoting Álvarez as saying he 'fears nothing' and will fight 'no matter what happens.' The most recent attack, carried out by Iran-backed Houthi militia, killed at least 12 people and injured more than 300 others, according to Saudi officials.
