Carlos Alcaraz: Tennis star targets injury return at Cincinnati Open, Emma Raducanu not in draw

World number three Carlos Alcaraz has entered the Cincinnati Open as he targets a return from a wrist injury sustained at the Barcelona Open in April. The seven-time Grand Slam champion has missed the French Open and Wimbledon, forfeiting the chance to defend his Roland Garros title. Alcaraz will skip the Canadian Open in Montreal (August 2-13) but is aiming to compete at the Cincinnati Open, which he won in 2023.
