Carrick insists Manchester United board back him after Ten Hag points to ‘toxic culture’

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has stated he believes the club's board continue to back him, despite admitting he needs to start winning matches to keep his job. Carrick also denied former manager Erik ten Hag's claim of a 'toxic culture' at the club. United currently sit 13th in the Premier League after a 1-1 draw at Leeds, having won just once, and face Como on Wednesday in their third Champions League fixture.
