Ceferin warned that Infantino will face an opponent if he seeks re-election in March, with UEFA pushing for his resignation and drawing support from Concacaf and the Asian Football Confederation. UEFA has also threatened to boycott FIFA competitions and is in talks with Concacaf about establishing a combined Nations League tournament.
