Celebrini signs 5-year, $94 million contract with Sharks

San Jose Sharks forward Macklin Celebrini, 20, signed a five-year, $94 million contract extension on Wednesday, with an average annual value of $18.8 million. The deal prevents him from becoming a restricted free agent after the current season, the final year of his entry-level contract signed July 6, 2024. Celebrini set a Sharks single-season record this past 2025-26 campaign with 115 points, including 45 goals and 70 assists across all 82 games.
