Celtic blow four-goal lead to LASK, out of CL

Celtic suffered a historic collapse in their Champions League qualifier against LASK in Linz, Austria, blowing a 4-0 aggregate lead to lose 5-1 on the night and exit the competition on penalties. Callum McGregor had put Celtic 4-0 up on aggregate in the 21st minute, but goals from Moses Usor, Robert Ljubicic, Samuel Adeniran (twice), and Florian Flecker completed a stunning LASK comeback. The defeat, which costs Celtic over £20 million in Champions League revenue, means they miss out on the competition for the second consecutive year and drop into the Europa League.
