Celtics crush Sixers 144-106 in first preseason matchup

The Boston Celtics dominated the Philadelphia 76ers 144-106 in their second preseason game of the 2026-27 NBA season on October 11, 2026. Link Payton Pritchard led all scorers with 25 points, while Jayson Tatum added 23, as Boston's depth proved too much for a shorthanded Sixers squad missing Jaylen Brown. The 38-point margin of victory highlighted the Celtics' commanding performance at home.
