Celtics hire former player Isaiah Thomas as pro and college scout

The Boston Celtics have hired former player Isaiah Thomas as a pro and college scout. Thomas will be based in the Seattle area, his hometown, and will serve as a reinforcement for the team's scouting efforts on the West Coast. The hire was made under president of basketball operations Brad Stevens.
