Connacht defeated Saracens 45-36 in their opening Champions Cup pool match, scoring seven tries in a commanding attacking performance. Captain Cian Prendergast and fly-half Ciaran Frawley each scored two tries, with further scores from Forde, Hurley-Langton, and Blade, while Gilbert converted five.
